Hey! Thank you for trying the software. If you're looking to move to a completely new field, think about similarities between the new job and your current job. Did you have to assist customers? Did you have to problem solve? Did you do any upsells or cross selling? You'll want to make those connections, so the hiring manager feels confident you can do this job, even though it's different from what you've been doing.
That being said 55k is a great salary that you can earn right out the gate but insurance also has some risk.

Is this available world-wide?
I heard the insurance agent test is very difficult and most dont pass their first time around. I dont want to leave my job then have no guarantee of being hired on at this company.

Do your research on these companies, even if they are well known, to see if they've laid off a ton of workers recently. I've heard that some of these companies are fraudulently recruiting employees when they aren't really hiring. There's some reason why they do this that I've heard that isn't being talked about.
Just do your due diligence. A lot happening that is making it harder for us to find work even though it may not seem this way on the surface of it.
I agree with you 100 percent thought I was the only one that noticed this I believe the reason alot of companies are adding jobs that dont really exist is to make the jobs report look good for Congress and mask the fact that we are definitely in a recession we've been in a recession. As long as companies keep posting these "ghost jobs" it will never reflect what is really going on. I know this is not the place for this convo 😂 but I just had to say something lol.
