@@90skidsgaming55 Hahaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but how do y'all differentiate between a normal name or a ghetto name? Just because a name like Quintella doesn't make any sense makes it a ghetto name?
"Stupid" is rather subjective, just because you don't like her name, it doesn't make it stupid and it certainly doesn't make it offensive. Do you even know why there was a ban in France? A law in 1803 by Napoleon Bonaparte limited the names of newborns to Catholic saints and "important people of the ancient world", direct quote. That law was amended in 1993 which gave people to choose any name they wanted but in some limited cases, the court would step in if the name wasn't in the best interest of the child. But those names were like Mini Cooper, Prince Williams, etc. Saying this name would be banned in France is just your opinion because it isn't banned there, also, do you think that the state should have the right to stop you from naming your child something that is significant to you? Sure, there are names that are chosen for stupid reasons and courts should step in for that but this name is not offensive to anyone and for all you know it's somewhere in her family. It's stupid for you to make excuses and support discrimination of people with names that "France doesn't allow".

The name "Nutella" was taken...
Whytassa ?
She should change it to a respectable name!
Well it is Ghetto. Just because you like it doesn’t mean it isn’t. It’s Ghetto. Change your name. Parents shouldn’t be doing this to their kids though. I think it’s setting your kids up for failure.
Okay, but question: what the heck makes a name "ghetto"? Just because people may not subjectively like a name, it's not fair to label people's names as "improper" or "ghetto" etc. Idk what your name is, but to some people, YOUR name may not even be proper or sound good to them. You see what I mean? Unless the name is clearly negative (a.k.a. naming your baby Hitler), or a cuss word, who are you to tell someone that their identity or name is "ghetto"? And let's be honest, do you even know what the TRUE definition of the word "ghetto" is? Because it has nothing to do with her name.
The email isn’t bogus it’s facts the HR will judge you by your name
Do you have proof of that?
What do you call people that name their kid "Apple" ?
Her parents set her up for failure lol

Which parents name was Nutella ?
My name is Fantasy.
Good.
BP need to stop throwing a handful of darts at the alphabet and naming their kid whatever they happen to hit.
Morbidly obese with a ghetto ass name like that is a bad combination.
Yes agree
Quintella is the female derivative of the name Quintus, meaning fifth. Often given to the 5th born in a large family.
I think this is illegal. And Quintella isn’t even that bad. It sounds like it could be Spanish.
Shit does sound hella ghetto tho
Definitely not fair what happened to her but I’m Not gonna lie, when the reporter first said her name I laughed out loud. Black people give their kids interesting names.
[Ghetto] black people. Not all.
I knew of a girl named La-uh. Pronounced Ladasha. Names shouldn’t be unique IMO.
My Bosses name is Quanisha. she uses Quan and she has over 17 years in Dental. Its just a name. Does not equate to your competence
Your name is your destiny
I agree with the business. Ghetto names are a no no
Id rather hire someone with a ghetto name than jim bob the boomer
There isn't a single healthcare business in the US that would be dumb enough to open themselves up to a lawsuit like that by sending that email reply out. You have to jump thru hoop after hoop after hoop to operate in healthcare today. There is no way in hell they would do something THAT stupid. In fact, I'm willing to bet you that they personally contacted her after all this and offered her an interview.
I had a customer came LaAfrica. Yes it’s pronounced the same way it’s spelled
