Its sway bar end link 😂, glad to see her back in action , would have been nice to have beveled those edges some so weld would fill gap and maybe have welded a thick washer on inside to make it stronger. Im stuck in Florida but hopefully get my part next day or so and get truck going again , see yall soon
Justin disconnect the accelerator linkage, and the link between the carbs. Take the float bowl sight hole screws out turn pump on and check floatlevels are at bottom of sight hole. when you got that right open the carb to full throttle and hold then push the accelerator pump full down check the gap is 0 - 003 thou. Now do other carb same . When I start I set mixture screws at two turns out from stop now set idle screws the same setting from the stop. trial and error 1 or two turns or more till motor starts. Now you can set idles and mixtures where you want them.Once you have it where you want it Idling reconnect the link between the carbs being careful not to change the idle points of each carb . You don't want one pushing before the other . Now connect accelerator. If you can get a vacuum reading you will then be able to get right power valves for the carbs. I used to run two inch spacers under carbs as well . Good luck Les in Oz
The compressor on my bike blows fuses once in a while also. It only happens when I turn the ignition switch on. I’ve chased every wire and tested them. I’ve asked a bunch of people I know with air ride systems. It seem’s to be a common thing. 🤷🏻♂️
You pointed at the float level screw on the carb, and I believe coils have oil in them, I do enjoy the variety of videos you bring to TH-cam, enjoy your day, be blessed,!
@@3BBgaragecoils have oil in them to dissipate heat. On a Holley carb you have several screws. The big one on top is used in conjunction with the nut under it to adjust the float level in the sight glass. The small screws on the sides are for adjusting the fuel mixture at idle, best when done while hooked to a gas analyzer in the tail pipe. Normally when running multiple carbs on a single intake or blower you idle off only one of the carbs. If you have multiple intakes like on a bike, you need to balance all the carbs with vacuum gauges. Loose the base idle screw on the linkage of the rear carb and only adjust the front carb idle. Once you touch the throttle the second carb will come into play, but idle works off a single carb. If all else fails let a professional speed shop adjust it for you.
One of the many joys of motorcycling is gathering together with like-minded riders for a great cause that benefits children and families. Love your channels glad I don’t have your parts bills. lol. I have a gen 5 burnt orange RS Camaro new engine. They will stop making Camaros after next year gonna hang on to my beauty.
Most all coils are 7 to 9 volt, back butterflies should have 016 gap, fronts bout the same, the small screws on the side are just for idle fuel mixture, sounds like a vacuum leak guys
@@3BBgarageif you can't find the correct stabilizer links and need to manufacturer one of your own, remove the snap ring and rubber boot before welding so you don't burn it. Once it gets overheated it will start to dryrot and allow water inside and rust the ball socket.
Hey bro are the cab lights on the ram just color changing bulbs or did u change the whole light? I have a 2018 ram 2500 and would like the color changing... and brand please.. thanks bro
That's awesome Toy Run. We do that every year. We will be doing the Toy Run for the Children's Hospital. To the kid's that don't have family members who want nothing to do with them because of there illness. One he always watches for Jesse and me pulling through the entrance area. And he would be like do a burnout and Jesse would fill the whole area with smoke and kid's cheering on. Sadly he lost his battle with cancer 2 year's ago. Jesse and me went to see him before he passed. We paid for his funeral and his tombstone. We have the Tombstone company engraved portraits of the Chevelle Malibu and other muscle car's he loved. Allot of people arrived for the funeral and even drove to the burial site and all did burnouts leaving and so did me in my Pontiac GTO when I still had it and Jesse roasted his tires dam good so did other's. A friend of ours had the Chevelle tires in the back of his truck. Jesse had tires on it that he got off a wrecked truck. And used them to do the burnouts. We are going to have Thanksgiving Dinner at church Wednesday Night and I will be making stuff and Jesse is going to be cooking the ham. The kid's are out of school for the whole week. They will be helping me cooking. Jesse will be finishing with customers vehicles at the shop and the company will be closed down Wednesday at noon. And all the driver's Hotshot Driver's and Truckers will be all home. Hopefully the wreckers will be able to spend time with there families and not be called. Jesse and Nathan will be taking calls and another driver. Hopefully people are smart enough not to drink and drive. The sheriff told Jesse that if people are caught drinking and driving they won't be able to post bail they will have to see the judge until next monday. We never had done that. We had kid's get us or we stay at the motel next door.
@@3BBgarage that's cool we always do it every year for the Christmas Toy Run. And every summer they will have a summer day for the kid's who are in the hospital and they love having fun.

Turn fuel mix air screw on side of carb off then turn them 1 1/2 Turns out 4 each carb then the fuel air mix will be close it should stay idling then maybe set floats turn nut on top carbs both fuel bowls set screw to were fuel level in windows is just at bottom of fuel sight windows best way set holley carbs trust me Justin I just set up my 750 double pumper. On my 32 roadster it was the brawler from holley same as what you have my other holley I took off was what you have it need full rebuild accelerator pump was bad leaked it's a later project for another motor im building hope this helps you but the setting for air fuel mix on those is 1 1/2 Turns out from close they will idle then set floats like I said it will be good and the coil contains oil to keep it cool
Justin I like how you can fix your trucks fix your cars and save money doing it you are Mr fix it and I like the idea that you guys did the Toys for tots drive on your motorcycles that's awesome you have an awesome wife t-dubs and three awesome have a good night I hope cash feels better
Justin is this only when the car is cold??? Maybe hold the idle up until it’s warm and that might solve the problem!!??? I’m guessing there isn’t any automatic choke’s on those carbs if there is they might need to be adjusted!!!
Like I commented before.. it's fuel issue.. probably needles on the carbs.. though it could be the fuel pump.. the coil normally if it starts at all won't be an issue til the engine gets warm.. then will work again once it cools off...Sadly, by the time they are old enough to want to learn how to play with the tools properly... the won't want to learn.. and I woudl never let them turn the grinder/polisher on without eye protection... i've seen stuff you didnt see come flying off and hit people... (worse if theres a wire wheel on it)..
