This is the original Fionna from Adventure Time, not the new spin-off series, and the original is literally just a female version of Finn, so she definitely has the same abilities as him, which would allow her to confront him.

Yes, in this FNF song, it really makes more sense for Fionna and Cake to face corrupted Finn and corrupted Jake than BF and Pibby. This could even become canon for Pibby Apocalypse.
