Three things to take out of this, Mpuuga was either incompetent, He turned a blind eye at this grand theft or he's complicit and part of the scheme to defraud Ugandans of tax payers money. I was wondering how of all LOPs he's the one being awarded 500m shs. Does the IGG have the balls to ask questions?. Does the president find this to be OK that the parliament spend tax payers money like that? Does the Hon members of the parliament who are quiet think Ugandans are stupid?. Where is the law to deal with issues of conflict of interest? Why would anyone that has a job in parliament or government have a company that also serves the same institutions in government? Whose role is it to release all that money to an individual , don't we need to bring them to account too, it appears that they just pay in what is asked from them . Only God can save this nation by rising his own leaders for this country.
