It is very easy to see when in a vent as the number sticks until he leaves said vent. It is noticeable when cool-down is off and slightly less so when his own cool-down is ticking. It is possible that this flash has not been noticed by you, the viewer, on TH-cam due to the fps of videos being 22 for the lower resolutions vs the game running on 60, showing this for a single or two frames at most. If you want to see this 100% of the time, change to at least 720p.

He was on the water wheel, 5up just didn't walk into wheels far enough to get the report, and the green blended with the cage-y floor and wheel tube
