I still remember when I had just started playing league, played off-role and was against a Plat Tryndamere in lane. Pretty sure I came out of that game with PTSD from the things that player did to me... but I honestly wouldn't mind having Hanssama do that to me :D
I remember back in the days I was silver and lane against a D2 (when diamond 1 was the highest possible rank). I was sitting under turret all game building pure tank on renekton lol.

Well for context Draven can cancel rakan w and absolutely wreck rakan and sivir in lane. He also has an ez time dodging sivir q with his w ms. Considering the massive skill gap as well it's pretty believable that Hans performs that well 1v2. I can't really think of a worse botlane to run into Draven. I mean I can win 4v5s pretty often when I play with friends in gold and I'm so much worse then those pros so it's not super surprising
