Hey my beautiful friend I had symptoms of different conditions I didn't get diagnosis until like 4 years later in my situation so I get it. It's tough when sometimes a doctor think you faking your conditions crazy. But I'm glad we stick together because we know this something we live with every single day. But I think that would be great idea of explaining each diagnosis.

With modern medicine, you would think it wouldn't take SO long to get diagnosed. We definitely all need to stick together. And i'm so glad you like the idea. I will be working on a new video soon!

For me It started in 2017, when i was a freshman in highschool. And i used smartphones all the time since i was quite addicted back then, it caused me a bad posture. Anyways, I struggled with fibtomyalgia as i entered highschool, and yes i did heard that i'm making up or insane since there was no evidence to human pain.
To keep it short i've been struggling, and been through lots of addictions.
I'm recently trying yoga, three times a week. i also bought a book 'healing back pain', hoping it will work out for me. I've been trying a lot of suppliments but none of these worked.
Meditation releases my pain of muscles. I don't believe in that but it did.
I'm mentally ill but i don't think it's related, therapy healed nothing at all. I sometimes think it's a curse.
But i'm steal dealing with it, my major and the challenges of my youth still keep me motivated.

I have extremely bad posture and its so hard to correct now due to the back pain. I also went to therapy for fibro and it didn't work either (because its not a mental thing). I'm not sure how you feel about going to a doctor but if you can get referred to a good rheumatologist (one that believes in fibro), I would suggest that. I just recently started going to one and she is amazing. You are amazing for trying all of these at home remedies. You are a warrior! Keep fighting.

Hello! I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, 23yo. Honestly I’m a bit afraid for my future too. I started odd symptoms with unexplained reason years ago. Having spontaneous hives, heat intolerance, worsening fatigue, and then stomach issues (GERD) and IBS, Then i went from pain once and a while to all the time. My joints and muscles hurt. And it’s scary for me to know this is my life now. Do you have any tips that may help? I’m sorry for asking. It’s hard since no one else seems to understand what I’m going through

Hi! I’m so sorry I’m just now answering this! I’m thinking about maybe doing a video on how I cope/things I do to help manage the pain. Would that be something you’re interested in??

I think you have TMS. Tension Myositis Syndrome or Mindbody Syndrome. People have cured it by releasing the repressed emotions.

I don’t have that, but thank you!

@@MadisonStrong TMS is chronic fatigue/fibro. There's no physical basis for the pain. It happens when the body is overwhelmed with stress to the point it can no longer cope so it MUST stop you from moving by whatever means it has. Just take a note and explore it if you ever need to after pursuing your current treatment options. Wishing you the best for your healing journey.

@@theseventh5204 I’m saying I don’t have it because this video is two years old and I’ve been diagnosed with hEDS and arthritis. so the pain isn’t from emotions and the chronic fatigue is from POTS and the stress that is put on my body. But I do appreciate your comment and you reaching out!! Thank you!

Fibromyalgia can cause pain pratically anywhere - what the heck r the "five pain spots?" - I even had a sore throat, intestinal issues & soreness in all my bones; & yes it does derive from a person's mind, it's phsycological - it took me a long time to convince myself that it was all in my head and to relax & take care of myself but I got there eventually; Pain Spots omg?.. HUMBUG

Hi! Thank you for commenting. Yes fibromyalgia causes wide spread pain but they test 18 (I misspoke but I don't believe they tested me for 18) tender spots to help to find out if you have fibromyalgia. Reducing stress/anxiety and taking care of your body can help but doesn't cure fibromyalgia. Thank you for commenting but no need for negativity. This is a safe place for people would are chronically ill.

      @cindisims5917 ปีที่แล้ว

@@MadisonStrong They no longer diagnose fibromyalgia with tender points. It is diagnose with widespread pain in the body at least one side for more than 3 months.

@@cindisims5917 oh okay! that's great to know! at the time I was diagnosed, it was by tender points but that was in 2019. I'm always open to hearing new info about chronic illnesses. I believe the OG commenter didn't have good intentions.

@@MadisonStrong I know it keeps changing, Plus one doctor will say one thing another something else. Basically, if you have pain all over or half your body and there is no other explanation than you have fibro.
