Note that the IRL Trex beating the indom is very possible because due to its more stable,heavier and bulkier build than the ingens rexy,the indominus will find it nearly impossible to topple the Rex over and not to mention that the IRL rex was smarter than ingens rexes and also had a much more powerful and therefore latching bite.
Even if the indom manages to atleast slam or outgrapple the IRL Trex can use its extremely flexible Pelvic Girdle to pivot around and evade the indoms attack.
However if the indom is full grown I have doubts that the rex can take down something with those massive porportions.
Another fact is that the fight would probably not occur between the Trex and Irex because the Trex would probably just avoid the irex simply because it is hardwired not go be a clumsy and reckless animal that will just rack up wounds in the fight without gaining much from it.A fight will mostly break out between the two for either food or teritorial rights.

The t rex also has strategical thinking, better eyesight, better ambush strategies, superior adaptation, more experience, a sense of smell related to corpses, and enough body strength to tear a triceratops head from its body and it had strong bones from the digested bone marrow and its arms actually had small uses
Jp t rex is impressive but not impressive or accurate enough to call it a t rex because it doesnt have a lips, its giant teerh are just for show i mean there are decent feats like one shotting a carnotoros but it really misses the point, i mean its just to inflict pain on its victims and not actually brutally decapacitating its prey i know they wanted it to be pg 13 but in jurrasic park the t rex bit a tire and it wasnt punchered, this is abselote inaccuracy because i can puncher a tire through my hands and the t rex did nothing to that tire

Giga:- its gonn be extreme difficulty because the giga actually has an effective bite but t rex will rip out its spine
Spino:- debatable, t rex real wins, one bite and its shrugged hide will get holes in it but you can debate if the t rex will actually land the bite
Therizinosauras:- still debatable, but its used to claw slaps and the therizinosauras only has claws to intimidate predators but the t rex can choke slam it and rip its head off
Scorpios rex:- debatable those quills dont have enough poison to poison a body as big as the t rex
Indoraptor:- underrated and smarter but i think the t rex would retreat, it would win yeah
I rex is faster and more stable but t rex is already confirmed to make the indominus retreat

I guess durability goes to the Indominus, because it survived bullets from a helicopter and a shot from a bazooka. And an irl t-rex would break its bones after one fall (it's not that easy to knock down anyway).

durability goes to indominus sadly. i am not a fanboy of indom. I am a fan of dinosaurs in general. A big Fan. I am not biased it is just true. IRL Rex would be close with durability though. Strategy? if you mean combat then also NO. most fight irl, would be very short. The strategy would only be on herbivores because that would be hunting strategy. 99.999% of IRL Rexes would not have any experience with fighting with any sort of strategy. Experience of what? its pretty vague. It was the apex predator. IRL Rex takes bite force any day. Overall would be indom sorry its true.

Bumpy might give the T-Rex some trouble, she’s much bigger and heavier than a normal ankylosaurus so it would be VERY hard to flip over even the indominus had to do some leg surgery to flip one over. Also, bumpy has the experience in battle so I don’t think she would win but it would come pretty close.
The Jurassic world version of ankylosaurus is kinda accurate representation of the real life version of the ankylosaurus and there is no bites on ankylosaurus fossiles even tho they lived in the same time period so they t rex's didn't want to fight it meaning it could beat an t rex. And yeah t rex could beat it but it would be high diff.

Against Therizinosaurus, Ankylosaurus and scorpius rex, it would be high diff win for Real life T rex. Jp Theri claws are tougher than real life therizinosaurus. And against Indominus rex, it would be extreme diff. And thag Indo in movie wasn't even an adult. Adult one will destroy Real life T rex low diff. Only real life land animals that would be able to defeat adult Indominus would be Ankylosaurus and large Sauropods of above 80 feet.
