Yeah, at lv1, 2 aura, ele hzv becomes 16/8 which is absolutely terrible. At lv0 aura, ele hzv becomes 24 which is nice but lv0 aura remains about a min or less overall and you can only proc elder seal to lower it for "once" no matter how many time you spend.
