Chevy!! cool way to do videos on local towns. very familiar with Lenoir City as i get off on that exit to go the back way into the Smokies, bypassing Knoxville! it is a bit too far from the National Park for me. I was thinking i may consider Maryville, Walland, or Townsend when i move there. i went down 441 from Sevierville i think toward Seymour and turned heading to Walland/Townsend and there were some beautiful homes in the country setting i noticed. that would be an area i would not mind buying a home. unsure the name of the community. I thought it was Old Walland highway or something like that??? keep the great videos coming.

It’s a good town and city with wonderful people here and last time I checked, it was 10,000 as 2021 census and growing.
