What a great idea for a crochet or knitting bag! I am not coordinated enough to crochet and walk at the same time -- but would definitely use one for taking projects to work on while in the carpool line at school. Using the various fabrics really gives a lot of options for use. Thanks!!!
So, It turns out I can't walk and do anything else. I will fall in a hole or walk into a pole! It was huberis on my part. It is perfect for car rides (when I am not the driver). It also is small enough the cat and my crochet will fit on my lap.

But it's great incentive for some rather quick projects. They'd be great to throw my phone, keys, and lipstick in for short errands, or to clear the bathroom countertop of various cosmetics. Some people may think that is knot an interesting project, but I think that you clearly have gift giving in the bag. I am not sure I could crochet with something dangling from my arm that way.
