My face used to look dull. But later I achieved glowing skin, free from pimples and dark spots, by doing these things. -:
1. Drinking 3 to 4 liters of water daily.
2. Having carrots or carrot juice daily.
3. Using Littlextra Ricebery face wash daily, which is derived from black rice water known for its superior skin benefits compared to regular white rice water.
4. Engaging in intense workouts at the gym and sweating heavily.
5. Steaming my face or whole body once every 15 days.

Can it really help with acne even when you have monthly cycles is when the acne gets worse some back and forth . Is it worth buying and after you use it certain amount of time would it slow down acne trying to be worse? Just questions ❤

Use some common sense while post the video, the vitamin capsule should not break and use it for making such things,, it's a oral suppliment,, if you don't know the science and logic about anything don't do it,,, best example for this is, you don't use pan masala for cigrette fill, both named tobacco but the use is different.
