Great video. It helped me fix my problem. FYI I couldn’t turn the first lever to take the part out, so I left it there and carried on with the repair. once arm is detached I could take this part out off the grooves on both sides either. BobBaker has a different approach by right hand turning off the part below to get direct access to the washer. It saved a lot time mocking around. Many thanks!

    Mate, you're a freakin legend.
After replacing the washer I had an issue where mine wouldn't stop filling, I pulled it back apart several times and tried pushing the plunger thingy all the way down and experimented with which side it locks back together. My theory is maybe there was air trapped inside. Not really sure. All good now. If you have this problem just keep experimenting until it works.
    Thanks!

Thanks for saving me a plumber call-out Merv!
I had followed the typical advice of replacing the seating washer and was tearing my hair out until seeing your video.
    Cheers!

Thank you so much. I've fix it.. The problem was that washer somehow misplaced and not sitting properly to that small pin inside. Thank you.

If you just want to do the main seal then you don't need to remove the arm, just twist the head off with the arm attached. And also check that your flush valve seat/seal isn't leaking first as that will cause the fill valve to continuously run making you think that it is the problem.
