Om Namah Shivaya (Panchakshara Mantra, five syllables) is a most potent and popular mantra, which is at the heart of the Vedas and Tantra, and is widely used in this and other variations in the Himalayan tradition, as well as by others. While there are other descriptions of the mantra, the following focuses on meanings for mantra meditation leading to Self-Realization.
OM/AUM: The three parts of Om (A-U-M) encompass the three states of waking, dreaming, deep sleep, the three levels of gross, subtle, causal, and the three levels of conscious, unconscious, subconscious, as well as the three universal processes of coming, being, and going. Absolute silence beyond the three levels is the silence after AUM. It also refers to Tripura, the one who live in the "three cities" as in Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, as well as the light referred to in Gayatri Mantra.
Namah/Namaha: Adoration, homage, respect. Nothing is mine (as an individual person); everything is thine (as the Absolute Reality). The three levels of Om, the three worlds of gross, subtle, and causal, along with the three states of waking, dreaming, and deep sleep states of consciousness, as well as the three levels of conscious, unconscious, and subconscious themselves are "not mine" as the true properties of who I really am. Truly, "nothing is mine." Rather, everything, all of these triads is "thine" or the "other" as the Absolute Reality.
Shivaya/Shiva: That Absolute Reality that is the ground out of which the others emerge. It is that "ink," so to speak, that is not separate from the many forms which may appear to manifest or be created from that ink. In the Realization of this, one comes to see that he or she is one and the same with the Absolute Reality. The Mahavakyas, the great utterances, are seen to be true. Shiva (the static or ground) and Shakti (the active or creative) are seen to be one and the same. She (Shakti), while one with Shiva is realized in direct experience as the one in the three worlds (Tripura) outlined in Om.
This happened year 2019.I started googling about tryambakan. Then I learned that the man in my dream who told me to recite tryambakam is lord shiva. And he wanted to protect me from back magic. The mantra tryambakam is very hard for me to read. The video helped to learn to recite it correctly. Thanks to lord shiva who loves me. I know I am not worthy of his love because I cannot focus. I stopped reciting the mantra..I felt so much negativity in my body..I prayed to Jesus, but Lord shiva told me to recite tryambakam again even just 11 times. And i am doing it, not 11 times but 108 times a day.

I am living alone in an apartment due to my job. Initially I felt trouble to sleep cause I never lived alone, sometimes I felt like to quit my job and go to home where I can live with my family. Hindus do lots of wrong in my case in New Zealand. How can you be proud of being Hindu? What type of image your male, and female has on earth now? when you do wrong to me, then Germans, and europeans, jews, maori, Roman, Greeks, Persians misuse your male, and female in New Zealand, and on earth. When you become trained something, then it is not a good sign. The right thing for Hindus is to do their in head species things only in New Zealand, and on earth. However, if Hindus intuition allows them to become trained something, then that is not a good sign. That is when Hindu male, and female hood image goes down in New Zealand, and on earth.
The right thing for Hindu species male, and female is to do their species in head things ethical manner in New Zealand, and on earth in my case. It means never do anything against me.

Indeed, We have prepared for the wrongdoers a fire whose walls will surround them. And if they call for relief, they will be relieved with water like murky oil, which scalds [their] faces. Wretched is the drink, and evil is the resting place.
(30) Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - indeed, We will not allow to be lost the reward of any who did well in deeds.
(31) Those will have gardens of perpetual residence; beneath them rivers will flow. They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and will wear green garments of fine silk and brocade, reclining therein on adorned couches. Excellent is the reward, and good is the resting place.
(32) And present to them an example of two men: We granted to one of them two gardens of grapevines, and We bordered them with palm trees and placed between them [fields of] crops.
(33) Each of the two gardens produced its fruit and did not fall short thereof in anything. And We caused to gush forth within them a river.
(34) And he had fruit, so he said to his companion while he was conversing with him, "I am greater than you in wealth and mightier in [numb
(54) And We have certainly diversified in this Qur'an for the people from every [kind of] example; but man has ever been, most of anything, [prone to] dispute.
(55) And nothing has prevented the people from believing when guidance came to them and from asking forgiveness of their Lord except that there [must] befall them the [accustomed] precedent of the former peoples or that the punishment should come [directly] before them.
(56) And We send not the messengers except as bringers of good tidings and warners. And those who disbelieve dispute by [using] falsehood to [attempt to] invalidate thereby the truth and have taken My verses, and that of which they are warned, in ridicule.
(57) And who is more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord but turns away from them and forgets what his hands have put forth? Indeed, We have placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness. And if you invite them to guidance - they will never be guided, then - ever.
(58) And your Lord is the Forgiving, full of mercy. If He were to impose blame upon them for what they earned, He would have hastened for them the punishment. Rather, for them is an appointment from which they will never find an escape.
(59) And those cities - We destroyed them when they wronged, and We made for their destruction an appointed time.
(60) And [mention] when Moses said to his servant, "I will not cease [traveling] until I reach the junction of the two seas or continue for a long period."
(61) But when they reached the junction between them, they forgot their fish, and it took its course into the sea, slipping away.

My experiences after chanting tOm Namah Shivay,is that the mantra enfuses calm and peace.It raises the oxygen saturation incredibly.Very useful in Covid management.The breath is exaled gently when the mantra is chanted.At the end of the mantra there is a deep inhalation.It comes from around the navel and fills the lungs and the whole of upper body.With the next chant,the exaltation is slow again.
I can see the heart rate also coming down.So it is very good for the body,mind and soul.

'శివ' అనే శబ్దము చాలా గొప్పది.🙏 శివమహాపురాణము శివ శబ్దముతోటే💐 ప్రారంభమయింది. శివ శబ్దమును అమరకోశం వ్యాఖ్యానం చేసింది. అమరకోశము మనకు సాధికారికమయిన గ్రంథము. దానిని💐 అమరసింహుడు అనబడే ఒక జైనుడు రచించాడు. ఆయన అమర కోశముతో పాటు అనేక గ్రంధములను రచించాడు. కానీ శంకర భగవత్పాదులతో వాదమునకు దిగినప్పుడు శంకరుల చేతిలో💐 ఓడిపోయాడు. అపుడు ఆయనకు బాధ కలిగింది. 'నేను శంకరాచార్యుల వారి చేతిలో ఓడిపోయాను - కాబట్టి నేను రచించిన గ్రంథములన్నీ పనికిమాలినవి💐 అయిపోయాయి' అని ఆయన తన గ్రంథములనన్నిటిని తగులబెట్టేశాడు. ఈ విషయం శంకరులకు తెలిసింది. ఆయన బహు కారుణ్య మూర్తి. ఆయన వచ్చి 'ఎంత పని చేశావయ్యా! గ్రంథములను ఎందుకు తగులబెట్టావు?' అని అడిగారు. అప్పటికి ఇంకా ఒకే ఒక గ్రంథము మిగిలిపోయి ఉన్నది. అది అమరకోశము.💐 అమరకోశము చాలా గొప్ప గ్రంథము. అది మన సనాతన ధర్మమునకు సంబంధించిన నామముల విషయంలో ఏ పక్షపాతం లేకుండా చక్కగా శృతి ఎలా ప్రతిపాదించిందో, స్మృతులు, పురాణములు ఎలా ప్రతిపాదించాయో తాత్త్వికమయిన విషయములను, నామములకు, అనేకమయిన విషయములకు ఉండే అర్థములను అలా ప్రతిపాదన చేసింది. అమరసింహుని ఆ గ్రంధాన్ని అమరకోశము అని పిలుస్తారు. ఏదయినా ఒక విషయమును ప్రతిపాదన చేసేముందు సాధారణంగా ఒకసారి అమరకోశమును చూస్తూ ఉంటారు.💐అమరకోశంలో అమరసింహుడు ఆయనను 'పరమానంద రూపత్వ' అంటాడు. ఆయన ఎప్పుడూ పరమానందమును పొందుతూంటాడు అని చెప్పాడు. మన అందరికీ సుఖదుఃఖములు అనే బంధములు ఉంటాయి. ఎల్లకాలం అన్నివేళలా ఆనందముతో ఉండము. ఆయనకు వికారములు ఏమీ లేవు కాబట్టి ఆయన ఎప్పుడూ పరమానందంతో ఉంటాడు. ఈ పరమానందము అనేది బయటవున్న వస్తువులలో లేదు. లోపలే ఉంది. ఆ ఆనందంతో తన్మయత్వమును పొందుతూ ఉంటాడు. దానిని నోటితో చెప్పడం కుదరదు. పద్మాసనం వేసుకుని అరమోడ్పు కన్నులతో వుంది తనలో తాను రమిస్తూ కనపడుతూ ఉంటాడు. అనగా ఘనీభవించిన ఆనంద స్వరూపమే పరమాత్మ స్వరూపము. నిత్యానందము ఏది ఉన్నదో దానిని రాశీభూతం చేస్తే అదే 'శివ'. ఆనంద ఘనమే పరమాత్మ. కాబట్టి ఆయన అన్ని వికారములకు అతీతుడై తనలోతాను రమించిపోతూ తానే చిదానంద రూపుడై ఉంటాడు. ఆయనకు మనస్సులో కదలిక ఉండదు. మనం అందరం కూడ కదులుతున్న తరంగములతో కూడిన సరోవరములలాంటి వారము. మనం ఉదయం నిద్రలేవగానే పరమాత్మతో కూడిన మనస్సు పరమాత్మనుండి విడివడుతుంది. వెంటనే అది ఒక ఆలోచన మొదలు పెడుతుంది. చేయవలసిన పనులకు సంబంధించిన అనేక సంకల్పములు ఒకదానివెంట ఒకటి రావడం ప్రారంభిస్తాయి. ఇవి సుఖములకు, దుఃఖములకు కూడ హేతువులు అవుతుంటాయి. ఇటువండి సంకల్పములకు అతీతుడై ఈ సంకల్పములు దేనిలోనుంచి పుడుతున్నాయో అది తానై నిరంజన స్వరూపమై, ఆనందఘనమై కూర్చున్న వాడెవరో వాడు పరమాత్మ. వాడు శంకరుడు. ఆయనే శివుడు. ఆయన సమస్తమును చూస్తూ ఉంటాడు. అటువంటి ఆనంద ఘనమునకు 'శివ' అని పేరు. అటువంటి ఆనంద స్వరూపులుగా మారడమే మనుష్య జన్మ ప్రయోజనము. దానికే మోక్షము అని పేరు. అటువంటి మోక్షస్థితిని పొందాలనుకుంటున్న వారికి శివుడే ఆరాధ్యడైవము. అమరకోశంలో 'శేరతే సజ్జనమనాం స్యస్మిన్నితి' - ఈయన యందు సజ్జనుల మనస్సు రమించుచుండును అని చెప్పబడింది. శివ స్వరూపమును పట్టుకుంటే అది ఏరూపంగా ఏ రకంగా ఏ విభూతితో ఏ లక్షణంతో ఏ గుణంగా మీ మనస్సు యిష్టపడిన దానితో మీరు రమించి పోవడం ప్రారంభించినా, అది మీకు కావలసిన సమస్తమును ఇస్తుంది. అది ఇవ్వగలదు. దానికి ఆ శక్తి ఉన్నది. అది మిమ్మల్ని కాపాడుతుంది. పరమాత్మను పట్టుకున్న వాడి కోరికలను ఆ పరమాత్మే తీరుస్తాడు. ఆయన మనకు దేనినయినా యివ్వగల సమర్ధుడు. మీరు నమ్మి సేవించిన పరమాత్మ మీరు కోరికున్నదేదీ ఇవ్వకపోవడం అనేది ఉండదు. మీకు ఏది కావాలో దానిని మీరు అడగక్కర లేకుండానే పరమాత్మ దానిని తీరుస్తాడు. అదీ ఆయన గొప్ప! మీరు శాస్త్రంలో ఒక మర్యాద తెలుసుకోవాలి. మీరు అడిగితే యిచ్చినవాడు గొప్పవాడు కాదు. మీరు వెళ్లి అడిగినట్లయితే వెంటనే మీరు జీవితంలో కొంత దిగజారి పోయినట్లు అయిపోతుంది.ధన్యవాదములు 🙏💐💐

(54) And We have certainly diversified in this Qur'an for the people from every [kind of] example; but man has ever been, most of anything, [prone to] dispute.
(55) And nothing has prevented the people from believing when guidance came to them and from asking forgiveness of their Lord except that there [must] befall them the [accustomed] precedent of the former peoples or that the punishment should come [directly] before them.
(56) And We send not the messengers except as bringers of good tidings and warners. And those who disbelieve dispute by [using] falsehood to [attempt to] invalidate thereby the truth and have taken My verses, and that of which they are warned, in ridicule.
(57) And who is more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord but turns away from them and forgets what his hands have put forth? Indeed, We have placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness. And if you invite them to guidance - they will never be guided, then - ever.
(58) And your Lord is the Forgiving, full of mercy. If He were to impose blame upon them for what they earned, He would have hastened for them the punishment. Rather, for them is an appointment from which they will never find an escape.
(59) And those cities - We destroyed them when they wronged, and We made for their destruction an appointed time.
(60) And [mention] when Moses said to his servant, "I will not cease [traveling] until I reach the junction of the two seas or continue for a long period."
(61) But when they reached the junction between them, they forgot their fish, and it took its course into the sea, slipping away.
(28) And keep yourself patient [by being] with those who call upon their Lord in the morning and the evening, seeking His countenance. And let not your eyes pass beyond them, desiring adornments of the worldly life, and do not obey one whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance and who follows his desire and whose affair is ever [in] neglect.
(29) And say, "The truth is from your Lord, so whoever wills - let him believe; and whoever wills - let him disbelieve." Indeed, We have prepared for the wrongdoers a fire whose walls will surround them. And if they call for relief, they will be relieved with water like murky oil, which scalds [their] faces. Wretched is the drink, and evil is the resting place.
(30) Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - indeed, We will not allow to be lost the reward of any who did well in deeds.
(31) Those will have gardens of perpetual residence; beneath them rivers will flow. They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and will wear green garments of fine silk and brocade, reclining therein on adorned couches. Excellent is the reward, and good is the resting place.
(32) And present to them an example of two men: We granted to one of them two gardens of grapevines, and We bordered them with palm trees and placed between them [fields of] crops.
(33) Each of the two gardens produced its fruit and did not fall short thereof in anything. And We caused to gush forth within them a river.
(34) And he had fruit, so he said to his companion while he was conversing with him, "I am greater than you in wealth and mightier in [numb
