I received a phone call to provide a yoga 🧘♀️ class to a group of health care workers . You can't make this stuff up- my theme is to live in the present moment 😮! I’m about to give my two weeks notice for my job that I’ve had for seven years to take a leap and try something new. I myself do Breathwork, reiki, and just started training to do Sound Baths.
