I use their toner on my back and it works. I always ask my sister to help me put on. Shower cream just sit on your skin for such a short time that it usually won't make much difference especially for sever case of acne. So i recommend just buy the toner and leave it on your skin. You can pour it into a spray bottle to spray it a your back if there is no one that can help you.

I have the same issues as you, but recently I found this lotion that works very well! It's called AmLactin Daily Moisturizing Body. It has 12% lactic acid, so you just have to be careful when using it in sunny months. The bottle has a sunscreen warning. Definitely worth checking out!
One that worked great on me was PanOxyl - Acne Foaming Wash Benzoyl Peroxide 10%. Just put it on your back and leave on for a couple of minutes (whilst you brush your teeth and wash your face) and rinse.

I was surprised at first because the body wash had a hard time removing deodorant residue on my underarms and didn’t really remove sweaty odor from my body after a long hot day yet it made my skin very dry, i was quite disappointed since i also saw big cystic acne forming again on my back while using it
I just bought this, although I have clear skin in my back and back acnes gone, I just need the exfoliating effect, I got rid of my back ance by always changing my bedsheets and pillowcases and weekly changing my bath towels.. 😊😊😊

I have a bit of acne that comes and go in my shoulder/back area, so I started using it a week ago but from the second time I used it the next day I woke up with so much acne on my back. Is this normal and considered purging from acids but its part of the process or this is irritation and I should stop using it?

I'm not too sure why it becomes worse...but it's possible it could be purging or a skin reaction.... however I tried using it for 30 days and it still was bad so I concluded that my skin doesn't like the product 😅 you might have to try longer to see if it's really causing you more acne.

Bro, I have same problem with you, maybe you can try the India soap "Chandrika Ayurvedic Soap 75g" I keep to use 2 month, is works for me, the acne on my back have reduced a lot. This soap is cheaper and efficient.
I used this product last year, and I am still looking for products that could help me with my body acne and exfoliate my body in a gentle way. However, I feel like in the market here in Malaysia, there are not much product that is functioning as chemical exfoliator for body with affordable price. When I saw this video, I kind of get your point because it didn't worked for me neither. Seeking dermatologists would cost much more so I'm not interested in seeking their consultation.
Have you checked your hormone levels? It seems like you have exceeded sebum production which can be a sign of hormone misbalance. Diet is also important

I think since you have a lot of acne on your back you might wanna try a leave on toner with AHA/BHA/PHA or a retinol cream.

I think using the cleanser alone wouldn’t work, using the whole kit toner serum and moisturizer would help
