About the bleed through page you could glue (I use glue sticks) two pages together and never use those markers again - that's what I did when I made that fatal mistake. Also about the extra column on the RATINGS page you could put the amount of pages/hours in each book and maybe total it up at the end of the year?

I was thinking if you like the markers, use it on other paper, cut it out, and glue it in like a sticker. Same style without the bleed through.
