Back with a guest in the hot seat, Moses Wong, who set up and also runs MAP Learning & Consultancy together with his wife as a different kind of tuition agency - with tutors who care.
We started chatting about this because Subject Based Banding is a huge thing that happen to the education system and even for me, someone who's quite out of the system for a while feels the burn because of the trauma i had to go through in JC with H1 H2s and all that A level cramming. This new change, we think, would be stressful but also should bring interesting changes to kids in the system.

As a HR Educator myself, I'm excited to see new and young entrepreneurs coming out because I believe new money is expansive and extensive. We'll take years before we figure out so this video will be great for us to come back to!

interesting topic to chat about :D feeling kindda jelly that there's tuition teachers that cares now D: remembered that i had bad experiences with teachers when i went to tuition centers getting scolded all the time cause I'm the F9 kid :)
