NO BAKE MANGO CHEESECAKE

1tbsp - 15ml

CRUST LAYER
8oz tea biscuit or cookies 200g
5 to 6 tbsp melted butter 85.5g
CREAM CHEESE FILLING
2 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder 30ml - 18.7g
1/4 cup of water 60ml - 56.7g
2 large, ripe mangoes or 3 medium-sized mangoes
1 tsp of lemon juice 5ml - 4.79g
10oz cream cheese 300g
2/3 cup sugar (if you like a sweeter dessert, you can add 1 cup instead) 134 to 200g
1 1/3 cup fresh whipped cream 315ml - 320g
GLAZE
1 tsp unflavored gelatin powder 5ml - 3.12g
2 tsp of water 10ml - 10g
1 large ripe mango in pieces
1 teaspoon of natural lemon juice 5ml - 4.79g
1 tsp sugar 15ml - 12g
1/4 cup water 60ml - 56.7g
