Thank you so much for holding such a powerful conversation.

Linn nakuomba, najua uko na uwezo, naomba uchanue wakenya, wacha tucheze chini ya maji juu hawa waxee wako tu stable kucheza kama wao kuhakikisha kua hii ndoto yetu imefariki for good. Kanyagia tucheze chini ya maj. Thank you.

I am a South African working in traditional media with hopes to venture into media and hopefully sustain a livelihood. Adelle Onyango is a brilliant, critical thinking and futuristic woman. Her bravery should not shock us, that's the kind we need. I'm convinced its backed by assurance of what she knows o be her truth as an African and the itch she has to see fellow Africans acknowledge hardships of present day and actively work towards ending them. Lynn Ngugi is our present day Oprah. I hope their authenticity is never diluted by some with capital and an urge to dilute authentic African voices.

Awesome Adelle! Articulate, brave, strong, powerful, dynamic, forceful (in a pleasant way) young woman!! It's incredibly good that Adelle choose to be 'the voice' and bring Africa's truth to light. Colonization has done irreversible damage to societies particularly in Africa and here in the Caribbean. Moments of openness and reckoning are essential to healing. Well done Adelle! Your generation cannot be silent otherwise lived experiences of our foreparents will be forgotten and relived if as a people we aren't aware of our past, alert and conscious of where we have been as peoples with shared painful journeys. Lynne, as I rise in my corner of the world, you continue to make my day with the topics you choose and your one of a kind guests. Kudos to you ladies and the hardworking teams that help to bring your features to a global platform. All the best as you Adelle and Lynne as you continue 'the work' towards our total enlightenment.

    Hello Queen Sisters!
You are so inspirational. Thsnk you for Enlightening Us. Its the same thing that they are doing to Haiti and Haitians. Our people are suffering because of the same colonization. We have some of our valuables in their museum as well, I learn. France and some other Countries like USA and others.. The story of Haiti and Haitians is not light. Its from way back slavery, when our ancestors were had to fight against them; especially France which you might already know about the cost we are still paying till now. It's still a battle in Haiti. I believe that there must be a revolution in Haiti, to get rid of some bad oranges. We must be strong and prepared to release our people that have ve been captive in their own home. I love you my sisters🙏🤗

I completely agree with this lady. 100% . I’ve always said that this “ honorable” titles are our downfall. We give them so much power that is not deserved. They are civil servants for crying it out loud ! They are just doing the job they applied to do… not a favour !!
I refuse to call anyone ‘that ‘and even my friends who go that route.. I tell them in advance that I’ll never call them mheshimiwa .We as wananchi have the power to change the system .We have enabled them and allowed them to mistreat us and never seem to learn our lessons.
Well done Lynn for bringing us this timely conversation and Adelle for telling us as it is.❤️❤️

Lyn, I am so in agreement with the statements made by your guest. The painful thing is that the same system is transferred to nations of African descent all over the globe.
Those who represent us even though we elect them to work for us do absolutely nothing to take us forward. Instead, they grab for themselves and their cabals. Even more grievous us the fact that our education system is so set to keep us in our places- unlearnt and at the bottom of the table.
More power to you my sister's. I am listening in from the island of Jamaica and I'm truly inspired.

Bravo Adelle! May God bless you and keep you. Sure, most Kenyans are so bitter and blinded but I do not think we are tired. Tired makes the bough break!

Smart, very intelligent woman who understands the mzungus for the devils they are. Desgised as angels here to destroy natives nature and good. Watu wajikomboe kwa minyororo ya akili. Love yourself and each other. Know thyself and thy enemies. The misleaders are mzungu dogs. Suffering from selfhatred

Excellent interview. I saw that conference. I was happy and proud what Adelle did. Macron invited young people. He made a big mistake. The game is over. She gave power to young Africans. 👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾✌🏾👩🏽‍🦱🇳🇱

What a smart lady! She is so strong but you can hear the gasps, the way her voice changes when she talks about her rape. 🫂🤗 The part about Zimbabwe is so true. They are a culturally rich and very educated group of people. Be strong 🤎
