Finally the beast is back
That’s what Kenworth is known for
You bet!!
Great video as always, I hope you get the chance to do a video on a W900B with an 86 inch studio sleeper. I saw comments saying the short hood is cool, I agree, as far back as the 80s, the W900B was the largest Kenworth you could get until the W900L went into production.
I did a B a few weeks ago. It’s a blue unit
@@AndyTheKenworthGuy I'll look for it
Almost 38 years ago (September 1982), the B model first appeared, as a replacement for the A model.
So many are fond of the old Petes, but this is the truck that has really stood the test of time.
For all the mistakes Paccar may have made since, keeping the B-cab models in production is not one of them.
The old-school trucks will live on forever
Actually the W990 was and is a huge mistake. It isn’t worthy of the W nomenclature.
@@JeepCherokeeful the 990, 680, and 880 are not B-cab models. The W900B, W900L, and T800B are.
P Kranz exactly
Name them based cabs then
That truck looks great like the color
I love Black trucks. Look so good.
Absolutely love that truck! IMO the 9B is such a sharp looker!
It’s got that old school look
@@AndyTheKenworthGuy it sure does!!
Why they stopped the t800H for heavy haul is beyond me
@@caterpillard8n717 cummins is a great engine
@@AndyTheKenworthGuy any ultrashifts in stock? New? Pre owned? W900L or B
Thanks Andy, she's a beast!
Thanks for watching Mark
Tire kicker here, but curious why a larger radiator fits in a shortened space, or if you can get a w900L with the wider front. That front presence is 💪. Great video too.
The L hood is narrower. Thanks for watching James.
Reason we always ordered the T800H for the bigger rad and the 600 Cat back in the day
Nice
Nice T-shirt Andy
Thanks!
Будь здоров!!!
Que tengo que hacer para tener un camión así.
No one liking the 990s huh, don't see many out on rds just yet
It’s a slow start for sure
Брат без спальника даже не рекламирую
Lmao Borat reference
I like!
19,700 pounds. That's a stock 579 or 680 or Cascadia isn't it?
I’ve built 680’s around 16,000
Andy, I love the day cab trucks that you sell and do videos on. Keep on trucking and have a great day
Financing available? For a 650 credit score?
First thing I would do is have you take the exhaust pipe off that’s not being used...I don’t know why KW does this... then put a really robust grab handle onto the cab in its place. By the way the finger looks like it healed very nice 👍🏻
I like the look of dual exhaust though.
Wheelbase of the truck
You look like the guy on Looknowtv on You Tube.
Really??? But I’m me.
Bless you
Hahah. Thanks man!
I hate the small tank on one side but love this truck the most.
Great video Andy say can you do a road test it's a awesome truck for sure
Id go with the W900B over the W900L. Something about that short hood I like
It’s pretty sweet!
How much longer are they going to make the regular 900s? I feel at some point soon the 990s are going to replace the 900s :(
One day. Not sure when though.
That’s a great video. But break drums 👎. Disk for me👍
Disc are better for sure.
If you don't mind, may I ask how u lost the tip of your finger?
Workout accident. I made a video on it.
Great video Andy. Keep cool and I can't wait for the classic video
Coming soon. Thanks for watching
I enjoy your dump truck vids 😁👍
Right on. Thanks for watching
Andy, where can I buy one of those T shirts in the UK? Great videos buddy.
Send me an text and I’ll hook you up. 204-293-9180.
@@AndyTheKenworthGuy That''s really kind, thank you Andy.
Love W900 but I don't understand why the driver side stack is not hooked up. Is this a Canadian thing? ?
Nope it’s a Kenworth thing.
@@AndyTheKenworthGuy No, it's not a Kenworth thing. On the Kenworth W900 short hood day cab, Kenworth T880, Peterbilt 389 short hood day cab, and Peterbilt 567's the left side stack is not hooked up because of Cummins newly designed and engineered DPF system.
On sleeper T800 and W900 they are connected. On every other kenworth model they are not.
Thank you for the info
I drive a B model every day and love it.
Awesome.
Sneezin' like he got the rona.
I ain’t got the COVID.
Pigs dont sweat!🤭
LOL
Cool
Thanks
Single stack....☹️
Agreed
Low torque!
Where the rock guard's under headlights make it look better and help with paint in that area KW that always been a flaw but I don't know anything been driving truck since 81
Yes, I’ve sold several w900b with the chrome added on after.
Why don't you just make it a standard on your trucks your trying to sell just enlighten all your trying to sell to just wondering be honest for a change please
It’s customized to whatever my customers want. Some people don’t want it. They don’t come from the factory with them either so it would have to be added on after the fact
Is a copper-brass radiator optional on the W900B, or not?
You don’t have an option if material in the rad just the size. We also offer a clog resistance rad too.
