Very cool, you should do a fall trip. Paddle out to St. George Island primitive camp ground. Fish for trout and red fish. Not sure where you could leave your bike though.

Yes, that would be cool on the bike. I actually just did that trip with my Gheenoe and it was a blast. We camped out on the primitive site and caught a bunch of trout, and a few reds. We cooked them on a rocket stove and ate like kings.

Have you had those Tusk bags in inclimate weather yet? Was looking at them for my KLR. Just wondering if they keep things dry.

Not yet but they come with dry bags that will keep everything dry. They are good quality and you can't beat the price compared to the other brands.
