It looks so beautiful! I enjoyed the way the stones were moved around. I imagined it to be a bird making the place pretty. My son Noah ,11, has started making terrariums now. Every empty jar disappears and reappears as a terrarium. He is using weeds and moss for now. He makes them look pretty. I'll show him this video. He will like it and maybe try to copy it, if it is ok with you. Best wishes!
This terrarium build is absolutely stunning! 🌿✨ The attention to detail and the natural beauty you’ve captured is truly inspiring. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful creation! 🌱💚
This build is truly amazing! 😮 It is also a recommendation to the "What plants can I use?" because of its variety! 👍 And last but not least: I'm a bit jealous of all that spiderwood you got to choose from.. 😉
Great idea for hardscape! Btw isn't crushed aquasoil essentially just a mixture of clay dust and humus? Recently, I rebuilt one of my older terrariums. Placed a piece of dry twig in there. The wood was previously soaked in water for 2 weeks and boiled for several hours, but it still started to grow mold all over it in the first couple of weeks. What's your experience on twigs and mold?
Thanks. This one is ADA aquasoil pelkets ground into a fine powder using a grinder. You could check out my mold prevention video. Mold is part of nature. Its an organism that feeds on lignin present in cellulose. Its not necessarily bad as it frees up essential elements and carbon. However too much of it in a small enclosure can create problems do keeping it under check is extremely important.
