General Hospital did Tony's character so dirty. First they kill off Tanya, then BJ. Then destroy his marriage to Bobbie. Now they kill him off. Why can't GH have a straight out happy family on their show? I know it's a soap opera who's job is to create drama. But it wouldn't hurt to have a family with stability...

I think she contributed but if I lost a child and found out my spouse was cheating literally on the same day I'd get over the cheating WAY faster than the loss of my flesh and blood

This is why a love Carly. She has made a metric fuckton of bad decisions but she's grown as a person. She owns her past and learns from her mistakes. Unlike some of the hypocritical characters on this show.

This IS Carly. Laura has played the role longer than anyone. "Carly" has evolved so much over the years. I think this is one of the earliest times we actually see that evolvement. This wasn't about playing the victim. This was Carly truly making sure Bobbie was alright with her presence, while at the same time offering her condolence in private if she wasn't. Here we are in 2019, and the mother/daughter moments between Joss/Carly/Bobbie is truly incredible.
