It's video very helpful for us. And in this vedio I had Learnt only how would we out put the material but you didn't teach how would be input. And sir in all company one time checking in one year of inventory.
So please make one video as one year with summery relative inventory.
Just add an extra tab with each day which calculates amount rec in sales and tally the sales amount as per record with Cash till to ensure cash completeness.
You taught most important thing for store keeper job

We can keep stock record in one sheet itself even if we get more items in between from suppliers. Just put one more column in the sheet and put formula
But you will miss purchasing date.

Please make one where......
1) We have both Purchase & Sale on same Sheet, so we can just scroll down to see & have 12 Tabs for 1 YEAR & IMPORTANT FOR STOCK TO KEEP AUTO UPDATING ON TO NEXT MONTH (Hope you understand)
2) Freeze the ITEM List so when we scroll the dates & Item Name is always is visible
3) Most Important, in Dates coloum when I put 5pc sold, for Computers I need to add the Inv #
For Eg: If I sold 5p. COMP on 10th want it to show in next Coloum
2pc Comp sold to Inv# 1,
1pc Comp sold to Inv# 2
2pc Comp sold to Inv# 3 & so on ....
How would we be able to add coloum for that
