I think it is excellent, I will be trying to make it this weekend, but some recipes mix a little gram flour with suji, like quarter portion of gram flour an 3/4 portion of suji. Is it okay to do so, Mumtaz bai?
Wanted to ask, you haven't added any oil to the dhokla batter... Am trying this without oil. Please let me know, thanks OK so the steamed one in instapot recipe, there you have added the oil, but on the 1st one, there isn't any oil? Any different taste with or without oil?
I added but the whole tray has only 3 tbsp without the wager oil - therefore how much will you get in one piece . You can try without it and see how it works
Your recipe looks 👍 but traditionally dhokras were made with gram flour (chanaa nau laut) is soji being used as it has less gluten? Why all of a sudden dhokra became dhokla🤔 is pronunciation with 'l' cooler than 'r' lol!
You can make with gram flour if you wish but the recipe will be different - old times also daals were being soaked overnight and grinded the next day - those were authentic. Sooji is also healthy.
The written instructions are removed far too quickly. One hardly reads them before the clip moves forward. It is MOST ANNOYING and a sheer waste. Wassalaam.
Very Nice, I will give it a try !

Sure if you want to but I don’t
Thank you! Perfect recipe!
Thank you
I line the pan with aluminum foil. It's easier to remove and less work to clean the pan. 1 pack Eno is 5ml/1tsp
No need to line pan as long as you grease properly
Is your cup for for water is regular 250 ml cup
Yes it is
Is it one teaspoon of eno in. The packet I use in the bottle
5gm is 1 tsp
Thanks

Both of them I put oil and it shows in the ingredients. I missed adding the oil in the ingredients in the video
Perhaps video cut off when putting oil in the stove one sorry for the confusion
