In this episode our Bangladeshi friends Mitu and Sojib bhai came to Kolkata, India from Dhaka , Bangladesh. They are staying at our home and we will be guiding them for a city tour of Kolkata as far as food and place goes. It is our turn to show the Bangladeshi people our city and hospitality.
Kajari and I took Mitu, Sojib bhai and Mashima to explore all the food in Kolkata. My mother arranged a grand feast for our Bangladeshi guests. The best bengali authentic dishes and the best bengali traditional food were there in the lunch. My mother prepared galda chingri or lobster, mutton kosha, chicken kosha, aloo posto, Hilsa fish or ilish maach, chingri maach, sukto etc. These were the best bengali food ever. We also went out and explored the things to do in Kolkata, explored Prinsep Ghat, Howrah bridge and Vardaan market. Our Bangladeshi friends visited Kolkata and are enjoying the stay.
