for the silcock key, it's not a bad piece of gear. it gives you extra options for water (and apparently some other stuff that i didn't know about). options are good. doesn't take up much space and it's not like it weighs so much as to make the difference between being able to pick up your pack or not. probably something you'd get more use out of in a Black Autumn/Omega Man type situation but hey, just because the cold war is supposedly over doesn't mean there aren't still hundreds of nukes aimed at us and disease outbreaks happen, naturally or otherwise.

I used the hero clips at work for my backpack. I could hang it off the desks or counters. That’s an interesting mix of stuff over all. Great Video though !!
Because of time difference this came up just as I was going to bed. So another late night. I find these boxes interesting as I don't think we have them down here in Oz. I do enjoy the unboxing. It will be interesting when the normal box arrives. Keep up the good work.
Didn't you get this book before? I could be wrong, but that cover looks very familiar lol! Those keys are very useful if you want to steal some water lol! No, but if there were a really bad flood of dirty water where you couldn't get healthy drinking water it's very useful!
After reading your comment it made me go back and rewatch BB59 to see what I said about it. How bad is it that I didn't have a clue that we saw this before??? But if you compare side to side my actual comments were really similar. I just focused on different areas. In both I said having something to read was good. In the BB vid I focused on my personal preferences on reading material. But in this one, I mentioned the book is obviously popular and may be good based on the Amazon reviews - 3 years after the other video. I think it's funny that in both I mentioned I listen to Audible over physically reading. But I did say this isn't something I would typically expect or want. You are correct in that in the BB video I specifically said I'd rather have a reference book, and in this one I said "it doesn't always have to be instructional." I was a longtime subcriber to Gear Pack. Unfortunately ran in to some customer service issues and then the quality of the boxes has fallen off. Loved the box because it shipped directly from Canada, no customs issues for me as a Canadian. Have not been able to get over MY issues with them and have not purchased in several months. Hope you and Jason have a better experience than I did
the knife I find odd such a slim blade and handle and such a big honking sheath and tech lock. the 4 way wrench could be handy in an emergency maybe a item to keep in a car. The sniper veil I think is modeled after a WWII British item . the rest of the stuff is just filler.

There are several unaccounted for former soviet warheads. We have no idea where or when they may show up. Or how bad it might be if/when they do.

The Gerber card holder could have had hex nut cut outs and screwdriver blades at the extremities. A missed opportunity.
Everyone has a different box, aka, we had a lot of extra stuff to get rid of.

That's just... Not true. I can put a magnet to plenty of stainless steels and have it stick. I've done it on this channel.
