These ladies young and not so young seem so full of Christ's joy! The world needs more people living a life of PRAYER as these ladies do. I pray that this order is blessed with even more vocations!! May God reward each one of them.

God does not want to live anyone in poverty, Vow should be to except everything as it is .... To serve with whole heart, devote life to know the truth only, compassion, unconditional love , and to see God in everything, because everything is made of God, wether it is a stone or living being.
The vow of poverty is a voluntary poverty, like the poverty of Jesus, which is different than involuntary poverty that is suffered by the poor. It's chosen so that religious can more freely serve God rather than be attached to having so many things. Even non-religious nowadays can see freedom in that, this is why many people are embracing minimalism and simple living.
Sadly, most convent Don't show the same joy. Many wanted to enter but we're also rejected. A woman can live a same holy life committed to Christ without living in community. I love and live my life as a hermit with the same practices of a professed religious. Sadly , it's not even considered a Sacrament of the church.
I, too, live as an "urban hermit", but it would be much better to live with other hermits. Take heart, pray and don't get discouraged. I think the web will help hermits find one another so that we can live religious together.
