I love this couple and (sorry, Kevin), especially her! She is so sweet and positive and it's so refreshing to see a woman who doesn't need everything to be absolutely perfect before she likes it or says they need to "update" something that's only 10 years old. Glad they are so happy in their new house.
All the houses were beautiful! The couple were really down-to-earth and appreciative of the choices. The agent gave good choices. Congratulations on your cute blue ranch! Nice room “little man!” Haha
Nice choice. I would have picked that one too. I loved the kitchen in this home, it was the best out of the three & the electric stove can easily be changed into a gas one. However, the bedrooms were quite small. To make it work, I would turn the smallest bedroom they saw into a master bathroom with the big soaking tub, shower & closet space and include a dresser as well so the master bedroom could just have the bed in it, then the other bathroom would be for their boy. The basement has a full bath and space for a bedroom so this would be perfect for guests. I don't like the dark blue paint on the outside too much, so I would change it, and they do have a little money left over to make these changes.
Baby Easton looks perfectly like the combination of Mom and Dad. Kevin has a great sense of humor and Brittany has such a positive attitude. They have so much love for their son. I enjoyed their house hunt. I understand privacy, so no close neighbors. I hope Brittany will get her huge soaking TUB.
I must watch too many of these shows and now my perspective is ridiculously skewed as if everybody but me can afford at least $500K on houses. When she said her budget is $225,000 my 1st thought was they cannot afford to buy a house :-)
I think it's so disrespectful that the realtor doesn't show them houses that have what they want there should at least be one house with a jet tub for her that was sad to watch not one had her tub.
