इतनी सारी शराब की बोतलें कहा से आ रही है गमलेश्वर तालाब में? क्या प्रशासन की नजरों से ओजल है तालाब?

सौंदरीकरण को तरसता गमलेश्वर तालाब अब शराब की बोतलों से अटा पड़ा है डूंगरपुर जिले के सागवाड़ा नगर पालिका अंतर्गत गमलेश्वर तालाब की दयनीय हालत देखकर आने जाने वाले राहगीर तंज करते हुए नजर आते हैं बरसात का मौसम शुरू होने के बाद तालाब में पानी आना शुरू हो गया है लेकिन तालाब की गंदगी को देखते हुए इस पानी की कोई अहमियत महसूस नहीं हो रही है पहले ही तालाब में जलकुंभी इतनी बढ़ चुकी है कि तलाक का मूल स्वरूप बिगड़ चुका है वहीं अब कुछ असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा शराब पीकर बोतलों को तालाब में फेंक दिया जा रहा है जिससे पूरा तालाब का किनारा शराब की बोतलों से भरा पड़ा दिखाई दे रहा है वहीं दिन भर तालाब के किनारे लगे हुए पाव भाजी के ठेलों का कचरा भी इसी तालाब में दिखाई दे रहा है तालाब के कुछ छोर पर अतिक्रमण होता हुआ भी नजर आ रहा है लेकिन प्रशासन खामोश दिखाई दे रहा है जिसकी वजह से तालाब का मूल स्वरूप धीरे-धीरे नष्ट होता हुआ नजर आ रहा है तालाब के बीच में कई प्राचीन बावड़िया और जल स्रोत भी है लेकिन वह भी अपना मूल स्वरूप खोते हुए विलुप्त हो रहे हैं गमलेश्वर तालाब के बीच में एक टापू बना हुआ है जिसमें विदेशी पक्षियों का आवागमन भी रहता है लेकिन तालाब में पानी नहीं होने की वजह से विदेशी पक्षियों को भी धीरे-धीरे विलुप्त होता हुआ देखा जा रहा है तालाब के किनारो पर बैठने के लिए और घूमने के लिए जो स्थान बनाया गया है वह क्षक्तविक्षत होते हुए धीरे-धीरे नष्ट होने की कगार पर है साफ सफाई की बात करें तो यहां पर मात्र एक कर्मचारी सफाई व्यवस्था को देखा है जो पर्याप्त नहीं है जगह-जगह पर झाड़ियां बाबुल और आंक के पौधे उग चुके हैं जिससे तालाब का सुंदर स्वरूप बिगड़ा हुआ दिखाई दे रहा है संध्याकालीन सुरक्षा गार्ड की व्यवस्था नहीं होने की वजह से असामाजिक तत्वों का डेरा लग जाता है और शराब की बोतल तालाब के भीतर दिखाई देती है इस संबंध में नगर पालिका सागवाड़ा से बात की गई तो उन्होंने एक सफाई कर्मचारी बढ़ाने की बात बताई है वहीं पुलिस थाना सागवाड़ा में सूचना दी गई है तो उन्होंने बताया कि रात्रि कालीन गस्त की व्यवस्था भी की जाएगी और अगर सामाजिक तत्व पाए जाते हैं तो उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई भी की जाएगी।

Encroachment is also seen on some sides of the pond, but the administration seems to be silent, due to which the original form of the pond is slowly being destroyed. There are many ancient stepwells and water sources in the middle of the pond, but they are also losing their original form and becoming extinct. There is an island in the middle of the Gamleshwar pond, in which foreign birds also visit. But due to lack of water in the pond, foreign birds are also slowly getting extinct. The place made for sitting and roaming on the banks of the pond is getting damaged and is on the verge of getting destroyed. Talking about cleanliness, only one employee has been seen doing the cleaning system here, which is not enough. Bushes, Babul and Ank plants have grown at many places, due to which the beautiful appearance of the pond is getting spoiled. Due to lack of security guards in the evening, anti-social elements camp there and liquor bottles are seen inside the pond. When Nagar Palika Sagwara was talked to in this regard, they told about increasing one cleaning employee. Whereas, when information was given to the police station Sagwara, they told that arrangements for night patrolling will also be made and if anti-social elements are found, action will also be taken against them.
