The "Little drawer" at the bottom of your stove is, in most instances, a broiler, not a nifty food warmer. Use it to melt cheese on a tuna melt, or many other top down cooking proceedures.

the windows on airplanes aren't square because the corners of square windows were extra stressed by air pressure changes that would soon cause cracks of the frames and bodies of the planes - causing deadly accidents. the first commercial planes had square windows much to some sorrow....
