There’s a reason why the spotter is a spotter and not the driver. And an even greater reason why you are a random person making uneducated comments in a social media comments thread.
Larson’s won 26 cup races and countless other races between Xfinity, truck series, and dirt track racing. He’s a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion. You and the spotter are NOT.
Larson is right. What do you expect him to do? Be stupid and wreck Denny and himself out of the race? That’s Kyle Busch’s thing, and what has prevented Busch from winning a lot more that he has and should have over his career.

Larson's team. I ought to take a look. We can't start yelling at this dude. This guy happens to be, without one doubt, 1 of the best drivers in the world today. In every facet of the sport, he can drive anything and he doesn't want to be blasted by a spotter..... The crew chief will negotiate and talk with Kyle on a level. But Larson, is he's the man. Is the calm a winning earnhard? Of yesteryear... You put this kid in the soapbox. Derby car and strap the Briggs and Stratton motor on it. That guys gonna go out there and win, racing a cobra...
His spotter was right, and until Kyle puts on his big boy pants Denny I going to keep doing it.
When you come from open wheel you don’t drive like guys do who pretty much have only driven cars with fenders and he’s a very aggressive driver but he races clean…

Maybe not over the radio i think if a team member feels like the driver should do somthing different talk to him about it work it out your a team. Putting it out in the public it jsut a huge distraction for the team.
Bottom line , what the spotter says to say should be off the radio, spotter to driver , face to face not over the air.
Both of those guys know what's coming when they get next to each other. Regardless of which one "gets" the other. Larson runs Hamlin just as hard as Hamlin runs Larson. They have since last year.

All we hear these days is how great Truex is because of how clean he drives. I like how Larson drives, he is just better than everyone else. That’s the way to do it. It’s why I am NOT a Hamlin fan.

Larson is 12 years younger than Hamlin and started a lot less races in the Cup Series YET already has a Sprint Cup Series Championship under his belt. Hamlin has squadoosh.
Larson has also won 20 races over the past 3+ seasons. So despite your deluded reality, he is far from a doormat. Unlike you and others that foolishly believe that wrecking Denny and himself out of a race is the thing to do, he actually has a lot of common sense and street smarts, not to mention patience.
That’s why he wins so many races and guys like you would never have the guts to ever sit in a stock car and do what he does.
