My guess is a clarinet but yeah I had to turn the pitch down cuz the original is over 100 BPM so I brought it down to like 93.5 (i think). A lot of DOOM tracks sit in that low to mid 90s BPM. But "pitch" is the right term. An octave is the same note or chord but a full scale higher or lower. So the Doe-Rae-Me song we sang as kids... the "Doe" a female deer at the beginning and the "Doe" at the end are an octave apart.
