What is the cause of the derate? Has the reason for the fault/derate been addressed? There are different processes depending on the reason for the derate. Please call 1-866-326-8863 for technical support, we'll hop on TeamViewer (if possible) and go through the process with you.

Hi Mohammed, it would be best to reach out to TEXA in your country/region. We've don't have the same vehicle options in the North American software as you would have in Australia/New Zealand.

      Hi,
Sorry for missing your comment, I'm not receiving notifications for comments. We're in North America so we have very little Iveco support. Under Heavy Duty & Bus > Iveco the only engine option listed is a Cummins and looking in Powertrain > Engine there isn't an option for IVECO.
I was told that the types of vehicles listed will vary depending on what region you live in. If this is true it makes sense, rather than having to look through a long list of vehicles that aren't available in your region, TEXA only shows the ones available in your region.

Quick question, can you help on where to locate the Texa ID ?

      Hi,
Sorry for missing your comment, I'm not receiving notifications for comments. The TEXA ID normally pops up when you first enter the software but we select the box to not show this every time, so now to find your TEXA ID go into your software (Car, Truck, Off-Highway, etc) and click on the version number in the top right corner of the screen, next to the red X. A new window will appear with your TEXA ID at the bottom of the information about your system.
