✉️Here are some details that will make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable👇
*Rooms -*
We have 2 rooms on first floor and kitchen, hall on the ground floor. 1 room is by the pool under the big machan.
*Caretaker
Eknath caretaker is available on call and stays right behind the villa in his Hut with his family. You can go there and call him as well if you need anything.
*Fridge
We have fridge where you can keep your stuff.
Please donot overly fill it as it will then take more time to cool.
*Games
We have carrom and cards available you can ask caretaker should you require them
*Pool
We have a massive pool sometimes due to monsoon lake water or wind it looks blueish green but it is clean and we donot put extreme clorine as it's harmful for the skin.
*Smoking -*
We request guest to refrain from smoking within the house. You are however free to smoke outdoors.
*Power Backup
Incase of power breakdowns during monsoon we have a Generator backup which will run upto 8 hours and supports Fan, Light and water motor.
Bigger appliances like AC, fridge, Geyser, microwave will not work at such times. So Carry Ice and Icebox for storing drinks. Generator supports the 2bhk villa but not 1 room under the Machan.
*Lake
The lake is 5 mins walking distance away. As you exit the gate of the property walk till there is a black gate on your left, enter through and go towards the direction of the lake.
🍜Food Options (Kiwali, Maval villa)
Option 1-
Hotel is available 19km away at old Mumbai Pune Highway. You can order from there, they get it delivered at 500-700rs charges and then caretaker can reheat it in our microwave. Tanishkka hotel charges 5% gst on food and no gst on liquor.
Option 2-
You can bring all the ingredients like oil, spices, etc and cook yourself. We have plenty of clean utensils.
Option 3-
Home cooked meals/dhaba available at 5km distance. They prepare bhakri bhaji type of meals you can order from there. You can pay caretaker 200rs to get it delivered or you can get it yourself.
Option 4 -
Caretaker cooks he charges 650rs per person for Evening tea & Snacks + Dinner + Breakfast
You can discuss the menu with him once the booking is done.
Ingeneral for breakfast or snacks - tea and poha/pakora is there Dinner Chapati sabzi dal rice
Non veg Chicken, Veg Paneer
Option 5
There is Chinese and biryani stalls at 7km distance, you can drive there to eat out.
Food option 4 should be notified 3-4 days prior so caretaker can get the raw materials as general stores are faar.
