hi how did u make the notes white and the background of them black

im 1 month late but
(in game) options > hud > note options (at the top)
for the color you go to note colors (duh)
for the black background its note underlay transparency, the bigger value you put the more black it gets

the ones i personally use are
left: hue 300 saturation -100 value 100
down: hue 50 saturation -50 value 100
up: hue 30 saturation -70 value 100
right: hue 300 saturation -100 value 100
