I would give almost anything to hug my mom just one more time. It’s been almost 8 years and I still pick up the phone to call her, forgetting she’s gone, then get that rush of anxiety that punch in the gut by reality that she’s not here anymore. Watching her go from fine to dead in 10 days. Everything that happened in the hospital is scorched into my brain. It still traumatizes me to this day. I don’t think I will ever accept her death, until mine. Time does not heal anything.

My mom passed away May of 2019.....I will never be the same it is all I think about. She was my best friend. I wish you peace my friend I know how it feels and it is so hard. I look to these videos for peace. They soothe a bit for sure.

So interesting...I picked up on hoarding when you mentioned her mom liking a good deal, when she looked at the man, I saw the inside of a hoarded house. There's also a very clear image of the outside of the house. Sometimes I wonder if I'm just reading body language and my brain drawing an image pulled together from my own subconscious memories, or if I'm actually picking up real images from their lives. Do you see things exactly as they are? Or is it information pulled together from your own memories to help you understand what is being shown to you?

My favorite brand of pencils. Tyler Henry does the same thing with the swirls. 🤔 maybe I should try that. Was that ever discussed to be in the Medium tv show?
I don’t think the pencil ✏️ swirls were mentioned on the show. I did see Allison in person & she explained that this is what she did to help connect. If you ever have a chance to see her in her person, go. Do not hesitate. 🌹
It does help me connect. I used to use pens, but they run out of ink. The pencils are more reliable. They did show it in the first episode of Medium when I was with the district attorney going to interview a possible psychic lead. While my character was sitting there she was scribbling an "F" on a pad of paper. It makes sense in the episode.
@@MediumAllison my husband and I rewatched that episode about 2 weeks ago. He remembered and I forgot. Thanks for responding. I seem to be somewhat sensitive only knowing when a toddler boy waved goodbye to me on my porch in a dream the morning I had my miscarriage; I woke up and thought my mentor died and found out later he died that morning; and lastly, I woke up to hearing my best friend saying my name loudly in his way of saying it in my ear after I had been having a tough time with his passing. Does scribbling help to do that for anyone like me or only the truly gifted like you?
To the commenter who said their mother taught them a quote where there's a will there is a way thanks you made me cry, my mother said that all the time and I'm this very same way I say it now as well where there is a will there is a way and by God you'll find it my mom used to say that all the time after she had passed years later I now know what she meant. And now I know where there is a will there is a way by God I'll find it.
