I am with the guy, the police officer just turned into a repeating robot. Answer the guy. Even the officer conceded that we can talk about this. Okay than respond to the man as he responds non belligerently, and asks why he's being arrested. What an unnecessary situation he created. Then tazed the guy repeatedly. If the guy doesn't respond after talking, then using force is necessary. The officer apparently had no social skills. Lol, tasered 6 times for crooked license plate? Put your hands behind you because of your license plate?

If it wasn't prior to this day then it was definitely this day when Opie realized he's more of the board op/boss just adds a few lines here and there and he can't carry a show alone. That's why he was begging burr to get his ass down to the station and carry this show like Anthony does on the daily. They complimented each other and I'm not an Opie hater but he knows his role his strengths and weaknesses. I listen to his Opie radio when it comes on for free and it's mostly a slow mundane stream of limited conciousness.
Yet another complete waste of a Stanhope appearance. It was so obvious Doug had zero interest in what they were discussing but Opie refused to change topics. Seems like half the time they had him in studio it was an awkward, uncomfortable, or boring show but it was never his fault.
Opie can only thrive on good guests. Bill Burr has done a show on his own, and with Joe DeRosa and Danny. Anthony has been doing his own show for a long time now. Danny did a show with Ant. Sam had his own show. Jimmy is a comic who does stuff on his own. all these guys are able to work on their own or lease bounce shit off of one other person. 2020 Ant is terrible without Jim tho his show and network are objectively awful, and Jim is funny but J&S doesn't hold a candle to even the most not-aged-well O&A bits. Ant and Jim were the best together with Opie pulling the strings behind the scenes.
