Last night I discover Davie and he cracks me up, tonight he's a guest with Rob Scallon? This is awesome. And Davie is a perfect example of why comedy should always be played with utter seriousness.
"if you flail around on the strings, youre gonna hit one of them" this accurately describes my play style.

Rob is having so much fun playing and he even seems a bit nervous sometimes. You can tell how much he respects Davie. Epic!

Some people just learn better that way, kind of empathic learning? Personally I don't respond very well to instructive "lessons" but I learn much better by watching and imitating the basic structure of a technique, then experimenting and improving on it by myself.

@@darligulvbadwolf5089 Flamenco strumming is not something easily learned on the bass. I think Rob must have started on flamenco guitar.
@@PugetSoundFlyer first, GO PacNW! I used to live near Tacoma! Second, I learned flamenco (which isn't easy on guitar!) and to see Rob do it on bass blows my mind... very cool.
