On a positive note, Marian is a good example to us Filipinos na hindi kabawasan kung hindi tayo magaling mag English. Hindi siya nahihiya na hindi sya fluent. she even said sa isang interviee before na kung English daw ang basehan ng katalinuhan, mas okay siya na tawagin na hindi matalino. Its due time for us to respect the language choice of everyone. Besides, aanhin pa ang fluency kung wala rin namang substance. Goodluck Marian! and Congrats for this opportunity😊😊

Ang hindi ko maintindihan diyan sa Pilipinas bakit napa kalaking issue kung hindi fluent mag English ? Kadami daming bansa ang hindi marunong mag English. Ang masama kung hindi ka marunong magtagalog isa kang Filipino at nakatira ka pa sa Pilipinas. Mahalin natin ang sarli nating wika.

I dont understand why some filipino bash her bcus of her fluency sa pagenglish kase sa daily ko trabaho, clients ko puro nag eenglish and im required to speak in english as well pero pag out na sa work -tagalog na ako. People -filipinos to be specific, wag nyo i-base sa pag english ng tao yung katalinuhan kase ang dami ko kilala fluent pero walang substance and hirap sila sa comprehension unlike Mrs. Dantes (Marian) na when she talks, maiintndhan mo at malalim sya magsalita. Maganda yung thoughts nya at alam mong geniune yung sinsbe nya. Stop nyo na yang english english na yan na dpt basehan sa katalinuhan. Hndi nyo lang alam na hndi lahat ng nag eenglish esp sa field ko kung gano din sila kahirap sa comprehnsion. Go Marss haha :)

with marian rivera as judge and pia and catriona as hosts, im afraid they will serve as compensation to filipino fans for POSSIBLE na pagkaligwak ni bea sa semis. pampalubag loob kumbaga tsaka if ever na hindi makapasok si bea sa top 5, may pinoy viewers pa rin ung MU since aabangan natin ung q&a portion wherein possible na magtanong si marian. I formulated (naks haha) this theory from what happened to south africa last year. demi and zozi were the prelims host, and miss south africa didnt enter even top 21. But still, hoping for bea's successful feat in MU. Support pa rin all the way!!
Bea will make it to the Top 25 and possibly Top 10 also coz she doesn't have a bad record unlike Rabiya Mateo. Depending on the gown she might enter the Top 5 pero I doubt she will win. At best she's a runner up material.
