Piaja Poori Recipe | Buta Dali Masala Recipe | Breakfast Combo | Pyaaz Poori Sabzi Recipe | Onion Poori Recipe : Here I have shown a very delicious Breakfast combo such as Onion Poori ( an Indian deep fried Bread ) and Bengal gram masala curry ( Chana dal curry ) . This crispy Onion Poori cana also be served hot with a cup of Tea . So, learn how to make Onion poori and bengal gram masala curry in this Video made by Mrunalinee. Ingredients :
For Chana Dal Masala ( Buta Dali Masala ) Recipe :
1. Bengal Gram split - 2 palmfull
2. Potato - 1 ( meidum )
3. Tomato - 1 ( large )
4. Onion - 1 ( large )
5. Crushed ( Ginger - 2 inch + Garlic cloves - 6 )
7. Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
8. Green Cardamom - 1
9. Dry Red Chilli - 1
10. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
11. Fresh Coriander leaves
12. Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
13. Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
14. Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
15. Salt to taste
16. Oil
For Onion Puri ( Piaja Poori ) Recipe :
1. Whole Wheat Flour ( Atta ) - 3 cups ( or 375gm approx. )
2. Onion - 1 ( large )
3. Potato - 1 ( big )
4. Green Chilli - 2
5. Gnger - 2 inch
6. Garlic cloves - ( 6 - 7 )
7. Fresh Coriander leaves
8. White Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
9. Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
10. Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
11. Clarified Butter ( Ghee ) - 1/2 tbsp
12. Salt to tatse
13. Oil to Fry .
