I think it’s kind of scary that our two quarterbacks are Devin Brown and Will Howard. If we are talking about competent quarterback play, I would be worried. I don’t think that we have good quarterbacks right now.

Howards legs making the passing game much easier for him it forces the defense to play honest. If he is just as good a passer as McCord was I will be happy. I think people are underestimating how dominant the OSU ground game is going to be.

McCord stayed on receivers too long (similar to Fields), and was often throwing behind or late. Watch his highlights, Harrison is almost always stopping to wait for the ball on deep routes. Howard might not be elite, but he is an upgrade over McCord.

I think the question when speaking on Oregon vs Ohio State and Michigan vs Oregon is, can they score on this Oregon defense? Because Oregon is going to score on you a lot and our defense is wildly talented from the Dline to the secondary.
