I visit this street frequently and this house is aging really well with some vines on the exterior. Mr Adnan definitely had a vision for the future of the house.
Cement lurking out of bricks is not my type of thing but really glad to know architects are implementing their ideas while the market is becoming more versatile.
Really one of the finest architectural projects featured by Banjaiga. Much respect for Ar. Adnan Sahb, and his house is like a old tale going for ages never really tiring you of itself. Would really love it if he gave a detailed tour of the house himself.
Great job guys for such a casual review. It felt as if I was visiting the house myself with my sister. The girl is playing and feeling things around, which is great. Piano nai chal Raha aur pateele is me aye gy😂
I really like it. very mid century modern and I can see the influence of NYC loft apartments from Brooklyn. exposed walls and concrete flooring, the only thing missing is the use of wrought Iron but then again its an architect designer's call. but the entry is amazing.
the most beautiful and practical house constructed with all local materials, superb, the only one thing is missing in Banjaiga videos is missing description, if they mention total area of the plot and covered area, that will be a great help to understand the layout well.
Great concept and final form. All the materials, finishes and interior elements give a very functional and maximalist yet in a minimal look and feel. I love how the whole space is connected to each other yet providing needed privacy. One can really see the house built itself in the process as a "go with the flow" principle and absolutely represents the personality of an architect's home. I would have liked it if an understanding architect reviewed it. Or maybe they should've done a little more research on the house and some jargon or key terminology of the industry.

Very minimilist...Very Exposed....new way of living....Not that Industrial look which people tend to show as a focal point. love the House....ALLAH Naseeb Kery..Ameen.
How about any safety??? All upstairs patios are completely exposed, I wonder if the brilliant architect thought about the safety at all 🤔🤔this home has big safety risks especially if you have young kids.
@@Banjaiga thanks for the response! Always glad to see and listen to all the great architects and their ideas! You guys have a great program! I love this series and it is very refreshing to see so much Pakistani talent in this field. All the best and keep it up!! This is my personal observation after watching your episodes and I might wrong, though you guys design and plan beautiful homes but most of the attention is focused on beautification ignoring many safety risks and hazards.
So imagine how many of you would buy this and be happy with unfinished vibr. Amazing how the presenters are not honest with blocking unfinished look and feel. Yes it's a good house but seems like owner was stuck with mishap and had to abandon construction.
Lolll these guys have no idea about design. The kitchen looks out of place. Powder room’s design is not coherent with other areas of the house. They have used brick all over with raw finishes and suddenly you enter into the kitchen with heavy marble. Just too confusing. Exposed bricks and concrete ceilings generally look immaculate but here the architect has overly done that. The whole house looks unfinished not by design which unfortunately should have been the purpose.
Idk why but the house looks deserted and not cosy. It doesn't have a vibrant, living feel to it like where young kids can play and run around. Hope it works out for the dweller nevertheless.
one should never sit on someone's bed it rude plus someone's bed is extremely personal item along with looking into their bedroom have the decorum to be respectful in certain personal space. Never sit on someones bed rule no 1
Its a magnificent place to live. Presentation should be given by Adnan Sahab by himself to share his true vision and his design constitution.
Yes I would love a review from him.

THANK YOU
Plot dimensions and size?
Looks like boys quarters.
Why isn't there any greenery planted all around the house:(
@banjaiga beautiful house but no window shades on the upper storey 🤔
Looks like an unfinished house but occupied in a hurry due to shortage of funds.

The family living in the house does not have children, it's their requirement to not have any railings.
