    It's funny, a lot of italian words are very similar to portuguese words

      It’s because Portuguese is a mix lenguaje of Italian, Spanish, English, French and Latín.

      Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Catalan, Romanian, Galician are called Romance Languages because they derive from the Latin, the language spoken by the Western Roman Empire. Remember they conquered many countries and had a lot of influence in the cultures.

    Doesn't say if the word is masculine or feminine.

      Rule if thumb, and usually on point: ends in o- its masculine. Ends in a- its feminine.

    I think it's more useful to repeat the english word to check the speak instead to listen two times Italian word. The ideal thing is to produce a video that shows 3000 words in American pronunciation with two times english pronunciation and one time Italian translation
