Ohhhh Nancy, where should I start….i love how transparent you are. I too, developed anxiety after a traumatic car accident which altered my perspective of life, family and showing my loved ones how I feel about them. After my father’s death, I had panic attacks every night for a week, and I didn’t know what they were. I just thought maybe I was going to die also, because my heart was beating out of control. Many people measure wealth and success by how large your bank account is. Now that I am older, I measure wealth and success by how much family time I have, how many memories I’ve made along the way and how many healthy days I am blessed with. I am rich with love and health. We can wake up every day and feel sorry for ourselves, or we can wake up every day and thank the lord for allowing us another day here on earth. Whenever I feel upset or stressed, I listen to your motivational videos and it makes me feel so relaxed. Thank you for sharing your stories and making us laugh and cry with you.
