I purchased the Chantecaille cushion foundation and love it. It has the right amount of coverage combined with the blurring effect as you had mentioned, Michele. Another purchase this month was the Tarlette palette with the roses, pinks, and browns. It’s a great combination for creating a daytime look and then can be punched up as the day progresses. What is really nice is that it goes very well with my now GRAY hair. I find that some eye colors that I used to wear now appear heavy on me. I’m looking forward to trying the Laura Mercier concealers.

One thing that would be helpful to know is if a product has a fragrance or not. I’m pretty sensitive to scents and have been known to wash off products that are too heavily scented. I tried a fragrance I think you might like: Rose Atlantic by DS and Durga. It’s a kind of citrus-y beach-y rose, but it’s like nothing I’ve ever smelled before. It smells a little like lemon iced tea, in the best way. I have a real problem with hoarding perfume samples, this is the first one I’ve committed to a full size in ages.

I received my Clinique foundation order recently. I have worn it once applying with a brush. The verdict is still out. It seemed to accentuate the pores around my smile lines and fine lines above my lip. Perhaps it was my application method. It did transfer a lot onto the inside of my mask even though I used a setting power. I'm going to wear it today but I won't have a mask on for any reason to test that. I hope today's look and wear are better or I'll be really sad. I had high hopes for this on my very mature skin! I will try the Chantecaille cushion foundation. Disappointed that Nordstrom seems to have only dark shades. I have 3 of the new ND lip liners. Love them. I have the Nars blush in the pot in my Sephora cart. Was laughing at how you kept smelling that sexual tension in the Hypnotizing Fire candle. 😉 Your description and the notes make me really, really want the candle and/or the fragrance! 👍🏻 Great video, Michele. Not Michele but you might like Cristalle Eau Vert from Chanel - it's light, citrusy, fresh, uplifting, not cloying, and longevity and sillage both fairly low. It's one of my all time favourite fresh scents and if you're in the UK, you can get it at Boots. You might also like 4711 Eau de Cologne, what some say is the original eau de cologne. Also fresh, the quintessential cologne, and very light. Also not spendy at all. Good luck!
You look gorgeous! I am so glad you mentioned the nude lip liners and why they look so amazing on you (because they're cool nudes). I can not wear nudes because they turn too brown/orange on me and they look awful on my skin tone. I am going to try some of these liners, I think that is really the issue and perhaps if they are cool enough they may work better. Are you going to review some of the new Sisley blushes? I have slowly been progressing into high end products but more just the lower end of high end. I know at Sephora I'm approaching rouge much more quickly than any previous year so I have lots to use up. Have you tried the Dior Nude Air serum foundation? I think it is what you are looking for. We are close in shades, I use 020, just for reference.
