Loved the video, a lot of great tips that I didn’t think about but the link for the checklist doesn’t seem to be there. Would love to get this on paper for my walk through.
I rented a place they painted the closet door to the wall so when I opened it the first time it ripped off the wall marked it on my check in paper work as sclowns tried to charge me on the way out

Loved the video, a lot of great tips that I didn’t think about but the link for the checklist doesn’t seem to be there. Would love to get this on paper for my walk through.
Super useful. This video is awesome 🙏
The water damage story was a good story 😂
I rented a place they painted the closet door to the wall so when I opened it the first time it ripped off the wall marked it on my check in paper work as sclowns tried to charge me on the way out
Fire video. Super informative
Happy to help David!
You guys are so helpful, thank you!! Also there doesn’t seem to be a link for the checklist available
Thanks guys. Looking to move after being in my second apartment for a length of time. Is the walkthrough to be done during the tour or after applying?
What to do when we find these things ? Do we give landlord more time to fix ?
Do we walk away if we spot water damage ?
Great video. Do you still have a working link?
Yeah! They should work! If you have issues, let us know and we will look into it.
