my logic for first question--- a) option 2 contradict that . b) i marked it correct. c) the problem can be easily solved by communication team . d) it can cause strike. e) the announcement has already been delayed so now my priority is to solve the problem not to go to the roots of delay . So i picked option B as a correct option.

sir 2nd question me ye bhi to ho sakta hai ki committee ye conclusion nikale ki isme german operations ki koii galtii hi nhi thi .... they sent the msg .. but FT forgings k end se kuch dikkat thi aur wo msg unhe nhi mila ... is condition me german operations ko committee bithane se fayda hi hoga unka compensation ka amount bach jayega ... according to option B ... me as a GM FT forgings ko help q karuu jab ye hi clear nhi hai ki galtii humarii haii..... humare aur bhi stake holder hongee unke saath tohh ni huaa aisaa... phr inke saath hi q .. there must be an investigation ...... baaki sir ye jo bol paa rhaa hu ye bhi aapsee hi sikhaa haii .. thankyou 😊
In que 2 if we provide them suitable contingency plan then we will have to do this with every share holder... just lyk in option 1 so why it's differnt here???
Yeah and if we think about claim compensation committee then the committee will take comprehensive look to the claim, analyse it and then take right decision. GM can't make all the decisions about compensation. Nor he will be making plans for all the external stakeholders
I have a doubt: In the third question, we marked to involve plant officials who were working for the plant, these can be biased too? I didn’t get the clarity about the reasoning behind eliminating representatives of the plant to be part of the team.

There is difference between workforce and plant management. When a company is going yo be closed its workforce will definitely give biased view
